Directly derived from the larger model, the Remiga 1 follows same design features. It is a more compact floor standing loudspeaker system, but still no compromise designed for high end listening.

The peculiar shaped transmission line bass loading has driven by two custom made woofers, a 8” (200 mm) and an 6” (170 mm) poly membrane units. Remiga 1 drivers are coupled to a tapered transmission line that provides an extremely fast, uncolored and distortion free bass experience.

Midrange is a 5” (125 mm) unit from German Accuton Cell line, with pure ceramic membrane mounted in a volume filled with special aramid fiber wool for perfect rear emitted sound control.

The 1” (25 mm) beryllium tweeter has really high power handling and a much wider dispersion pattern when compared to units of same dimension. Beryllium is an extremely light and stiff material that does a better job of maintaining high frequencies integrity and avoiding breakups. Compared to titanium or aluminum, beryllium performs significantly better.

Remiga 1 cabinet is made from a sandwich of different woods and special damping glue layers, that together perform a very efficient “constrained layer” damping effect. This feature and an internal steel bars cage, virtually kill any vibration of the cabinet.

Special attention has been given also to crossover board design. The best quality components are firmly mounted on a not conductive special board and connected each other with point-to-point technique, by using a silver plated solid core copper wire.
